I am an accredited paper conservator with more than twelve years' experience of archival conservation. I first worked on the archives of the Boulton & Watt Collection at the Birmingham Central Library, following which I took charge of conservation at the Walsall Local History Centre, and was then appointed Conservation Manager at the Gloucestershire Record Office. After the birth of my second child, I decided to work from home in Gloucestershire, where I have a fully equipped conservation workshop with facilities for secure storage (and professional indemnity insurance). You can visit my workshop at Twyning (see map) by telephone appointment, or you can enquire about commissioning work by telephone or e-mail at the addresses given above.
The areas of conservation work in which I am accredited are: Archive, Western Art on Paper, Western Books, Photographs, Preventive Conservation, Storage & Display, Conservation Management and Disaster Planning.
